Ad Hoc

I charge £30 an hour for ad hoc work, with a minimum commitment of 1 hour. That’s it, no hidden extras and no VAT.

Ad hoc is great for those who are not sure of the exact support they require or how long tasks will take. Also, you might be new to using a VA and want to see how it will work for your business without any long term commitment (I promise, you won’t look back).

Retainer

If you know you’ll need support on a regular basis, you can pay up front to retain hours and ensure I am available for you.

The turnaround for work will be quicker (maximum 48 hours instead of 72 for ad hoc). Please note: any unused hours from a retainer cannot be rolled over to the next month. I will always notify you when you are nearing the end of the agreed hours.
