Professionally I have 16 years experience in large and successful organisations. I've had the opportunity to work in many different areas of the business, including roles in HR, Service Management and Risk. The jobs were demanding and threw up challenges on daily basis, but they taught me so much. How to prioritise effectively, how to suss out what really matters, the importance of being organised and how to subtly correct people who said pacific instead of specific…!It’s a pet peeve.

In 2018, I helped my partner set up his own exterior cleaning business (a complete u turn from his graphic design past), he just didn't want to be stuck at a desk anymore. This really opened my eyes up to all the things that it takes to run a business. Often, we just think about the day to day running and don't realise all the 'extra' things it takes to make a business successful...and all the extra time! The job doesn't end when you walk through the door. I have taken control of all these extras, the scheduling, customer enquiries and managing the payments, so we can both operate in a balanced and healthy way. Plus, he hates the paperwork and I bloody love it. That's what I want to do for other businesses, help with all the bits that can weigh you down, so you can crack on with what you enjoy and what brings in the bucks.
