Monthly retainer packages where I prioritise your work are available

All packages include a monthly 30-minute strategy call with Me, to ensure that your business is fully utilising our services. Our goal is to save you time, money and make your life hell of a LOT easier!

Additional Hours / Adhoc Hours £33 phr.

I track my time electronically using an app called Clockify and send you a report with your monthly invoice. Payment in advance is required for all services.

As part of my ongoing commitment to ensuring you get the best service and value for money, I’ll let you know when there are 2 hours of your package left each month so you can keep to budget and advise if you’d benefit from switching packages or need to add any adhoc hours for short-term solutions.

Hours are per calendar month and cannot be rolled over / carried forward.

Saving you Money!

I am an independent self-employed contractor. This means you’re not responsible for any employee-related costs such as NI and tax contributions, pension, holiday pay, office overheads, equipment, time out for coffee, or agency fees. All you pay for is my productive time, which again is all tracked for your peace of mind!

FAQ’s

What is the monthly cost?
The minimum is just one hour a month….. It is recommended you start on an ad hoc basis or discuss your needs with me first before purchasing, because,I work independently and very efficiently, I turn out more hours than you probably think due to no workplace distractions.
However, retainers are available at the same cost but your tasks are turned around within 24-48 hours. Ad hoc may take up to 72 hours.

What’s the notice period?
As you’re paying in advance there is no notice period. There’s just one more reason to have a VA over an employee! I’m the gift that keeps on giving though, you will miss me when I’m gone! 

What if you are on holiday?
I will advise you well in advance of any longer spells where I am unavailable due to holidays, and I will work closely with you to plan, prioritise your work to ensure you are covered. This may mean doing a lump sum of work upfront for you to ensure we get your agreed package (if you have one) of hours in within the month.

What hours will you work for me?
I do not set hours specifically for admin tasks, I will schedule calls within the working day, but tasks will be actioned flexibly and time managed / prioritised accordingly. If you have a retainer package, your work takes priority above any adhoc requests received. I use a work scheduler to ensure I have the time to deliver all work I take on, this is also tracked using my clockify time tracker for your peace of mind and invoices.

What if I don’t like you?
What? As if!, its my accent right? - I get it though, some people do not like everyone they work with, and that’s fine, please talk to me if you have any concerns, but if you want to part ways then this is fine too, I won’t hold it against you.
