Hi, I am Nicola (known as Nic to most people), a Mum of two daughters, 4 Cockapoo’s and a Virtual Assistant based in Essex, UK but originally from Northern Ireland (hence the slightly Essex / Irish accident when you talk to me!).

I created my business to offer remote admin support to business owners. I opted for a change in career direction to allow me more flexibility and a better work life balance. I started my Virtual Assistant business as I am passionate about helping others to achieve goals.

With over 20 years of experience in Office Management and Administration mostly within the HR Sector, I understand that as a company owner, you do not want to be burdened with the admin tasks, you want to be growing your company, therefore, I have the experience and skills for those tasks that you don’t have time for, giving you the opportunity to focus on what you do best!

I have an excellent ability to remain good-humoured and focused under pressure whilst supporting you to grow your business and allowing you a better work life balance.

And my business is fully insured for both public liability and professional indemnity.
