All administration services are charged at £30 per hour (minimum of one hour per month)

Retainer packages – these are charged at £30 per hour and hours are reserved for your work, this ensures I have availability and prioritise your work over ad hoc requests.

Bookkeeping will start on an hourly rate basis (£30 Per hour) and then if suitable will move to transaction basis.

These are monitored and your bills will adjust accordingly.

When you have quiet periods, your fees will be reduced (as there will be less transactions to process), the busier you are, your fees will increase (to account for the additional processing). There are a number of fixed costs such as software licences, VAT and CIS return submissions, these are all made clear on the quotation.

*Please note these are booked on a weekly, bi-weekly and so on basis and hours are not transferable. You will not be charged for weeks where I am closed for annual leave.

LOCAL COMMUNITY

Charity Donations – 3% of my Net profit is donated to a charity each year.
