My first ever client shared this quote with me and it has stayed with me ever since (as has he). It was the reason he decided to outsource, after his first year in business doing absolutely everything by himself.

I founded VAVA in March 2020 (during Lockdown 1.0) because I wanted to help other small business owners to be successful at what they do, by letting me work on their business, whilst they work in their business.

Prior to launching, I had been working as a Business Insights Manager for an R&D Tax Credit Consultancy, working with a small team to translate company data into valuable, actionable insights. I have quite a varied background, but planning, processes and creating insights have always been at the heart of everything I’ve done, whether in retail merchandising, running my own language tutoring business or leading a multilingual contact centre team. VAVA is no different.

In the same way that my clients focus on their strengths, I have also decided to focus on mine. That’s why I now work with a team to ensure that I can offer all my clients the full range of quality services that they need.
