“This was the first time I had used the Typistry. I was very impressed by the prompt response and efficient service. The job was to transcribe some MP3 recordings of interviews and, although some parts were against a lot of background noise, the resulting transcripts were very accurate and well-presented. The whole job was very good value for money and delivered within the time frame I requested”.
