• My work will be tracked using software and added to your invoice.
• Payment terms will be agreed before work has commenced.
• Invoices need to be paid by UK bank transfer, or online via PayPal – fees may apply via PayPal.
• Invoices will be sent via email, if you required a hard copy (postage charges will be applied).
• Any additional costs to enable completion of tasks, including postage, international calls (outside my business bundle), mileage, my own travel costs,
couriers etc – will be added to the invoice and listed individually for your review (along with receipts).
• Hours can only be carried over to the next month if prior agreed.
