All ad hoc support work will be charged at £45 per hour.
All work will be time tracked and any hours not used will be rolled over to the next month, if still not used will be lost.
Upon commencement of a retainer a 50 % deposit of the hours booked will be required to secure the hours and this will be payable up front, this will be deducted from the 2nd month's invoice.
