Bonjour, I’m Ines, your Bilingual Virtual PA and Family Concierge based in North London.

Originally from Paris, I came to England for a six-month language course, and 28 years later, I’m still here with my partner of 20 years and our 12-year-old daughter, who’s very much my mini-me!

Five years ago, as my daughter grew up too fast, I made a life-changing decision to become my own boss.

I’d had enough of the stress and long hours of working in the City, missing precious time with her.

Becoming a Virtual PA and Family Concierge wasn’t just a career change but a way to create balance, freedom, and presence in my life. Now, I help busy working mums, and female entrepreneurs do the same.

The moment I decided to start my business from my laundry room was deeply personal.
