Hello, I'm Emanuela, founder of DAS (Digital Assistant Specialist). My name may give you a hint, I'm originally from Italy and now I call the UK my home for the last 9 years.

My passion for tourism led me to learn Spanish and French which has been a great asset in my life. Over the years, I've gained extensive experience in customer service and customer experience working in hotels and restaurants.

In the last 4 years, I've worked with corporate giants such as Law Firms, Insurance companies, Starbucks EMEA HQ, and GoDaddy. I've managed small teams, created procedures, done risk assessments, helped finance teams with invoicing, managed stakeholders at all levels, project management, virtual office assistance, managed offices, general admin, and so much more.

In my free time, I indulge myself in creating content on TikTok, my favorite social media platform. I'm proud to share that I've reached 7k followers on my account and have even signed deals with companies.

When I'm not working, you can find me doing yoga, hitting the gym or learning new skills daily. I'm also a proud cat mom to two adorable kitties, Neo and Broly.
