An initial telephone/online call of 15 minutes to discuss your requirements is free. My rates thereafter are as follows:

Standard Rate

£35 per hour for ad hoc support.

Retainers

If you require regular ongoing support then a monthly retainer may be the best option for you.

5 hours/month - £175
10 hours/month - £350

Retainer work will be prioritised when my waiting list is building up and will be turned around within 24-48 hours. All time is tracked, so I will let you know if you are nearing your limit to avoid unexpected costs.

Retainer hours must be used within the calendar month purchased and cannot be rolled over.

All other work will be turned around in a maximum 72 hours.

All payments are expected upon receipt of invoice. For new clients, 50% of the total will be required as a deposit.
