My name is Amanda and I decided to set up my own Virtual Assistant business after being made redundant in September 2019.

I have a wealth of experience in the banking and financial/payments industry where I worked in several departments over 25 years including customer service and I.T.

My previous I.T. role included asset management which involved ordering hardware and software, updating spreadsheets and databases, project work, data entry and responding to over 100 emails per day.

I love helping people with their admin work and I.T. related issues and I have gained many skills with my experience.
